Combination of Fuzzy and AHP Method Using for E-waste Site Selection (Case Study: Qom Province)

Electronic waste is one of the most widely used devices in today's modern world, which includes computers, monitors, mobile phones, TVs, and so on. They are growing rapidly. Most of the components used in electronic equipments contain pollutants such as cadmium, lead and zinc. Qom province is not excluded from this issue, and due to the high production of this type of waste and the limitation of the location of collection and burial of these waste, is one of the important problems of the province. In this research, after identifying the effective parameters in determining the optimal location of electronic waste landfill, 14 parameters were selected and then according to their role in two categories of constraints that were prepared using fuzzy logic and boolean and unconstrained criteria Using the AHP weighing method, then the Fuzzy Overlay method and the AND function were used to overlay. The results show that about 7% of the total province has the appropriate conditions for locating and about 67% is in the risk area for the burial and collection of electronic waste. These results indicate that sensitivity to landfill should be more sensitive.
